You need to go to Nestlecrunch.com and register first. Then follow the posted link to log in and request the stix. I tried registering at the stix log-in area and received the same "Sorry" message, so I went back and registered at Nestlecrunch.com instead and was then able to get the freebie.

As for the Nestle, I was having trouble as well and the link I posted is the one I finally got it to go through on. . . it was being rather strange. Some people on SlickDeals were having luck by going through FireFox instead of IE. It seems to be a pretty touchy site - I tried a bunch of times at one link, and the one I posted went through perfectly for me.
