Hello friends,

I have decided to take the kiddies this weekend for a day trip. I'm looking for your expert opinions on which day might be less crowded? Saturday is So Cal Passport blockout days, but isn't Sunday typically less busy or do So Cal Passholders offset that?

Also, there is a chance of rain on Sunday, that doesn't bother me as it usually results in smaller crowds, but I do want to see World of Color and I wonder if it still shows in the rain? What about the fireworks?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!! Happy Holidays to all!

World of Color, Fantasmic! and the fireworks show in the rain. Wind, however, will cancel the shows. There is also a "rain version" of Fantasmic! in which the actors don't perform certain stunt, particularly on the pirate ship sequence.

Sundays are more crowded than Saturdays every single day of the year, with virtually no exception.

The rain will scare people away this weekend, however.

I don't know if this is good or bad news, but it appears that the rain has dropped out of the forecast for Sunday. We are also planning to go this Sunday and I was hoping for some light rain to scare people away. Oh, well, guess partly sunny and 69 degrees will be beautiful nonetheless!:cool1:

Aren't the Candlelight Processionals this weekend also? That will certainly drive up the crowds on both days.

please rain!!!!! i have no problem with it and alrady know due to CP it will be super busy
