I'm not sure all the places that sell them, but I've always bought them at either the Blue Ribbon Bakery, or the Greetings from California store in DCA. Also the Marceline's treat shop in Downtown Disney.

I know they sell them at more places then that (they aren't hard to find), but that's just where I buy them. They have them dipped in white chocolate and milk chocolate and we love them!
