This Thanksgiving in WDW........

I have a friend who will be in WDW 3 days before Thanksgiving. She wants to know if the parks will be decorated for Christmas, or if that will happen after Thanksgiving day?? She would also like to know if the parks will be kind of slow those 3 days before?

We were there Thanksgiving Week 2002. The parks and POR were already decorated but we saw more going up as the week progressed. It felt weird hearing Christmas music everywhere.

As far as crowds, we didn't feel crowded until the day after Thanksgiving and then it was very bearable. The Epcot Kid Stations were where we felt it the most. We did the Magic Kingdom at the beginning of the week. I've heard that it gets very crowded on Thanksgiving Day.

I also think that week is one of the most crowded weeks, traditionally, at WDW.

Most decorations had gone up by Thanksgiving in 2001- The rest was by early December-
