This should work in theory right.....

OK, I know that multi day tickets cannot be used to hop from park to park without a hopper add on (like you can’t have a 5 day ticket and use 2 days worth on one day). But, what about this......

My husband got my mom 6 free one day hard tickets to Disney good at any park. He was able to get these through his work contacts. She is going to join us at Disney for 4 days, but 2 of those days we want to hop. So, 6 park entries over 4 days. Can she use 2 single day entries on one day if we wanted to hit EPCOT one morning and MK one evening?

Yes, 6 separate tickets. We have 6 individual cards and each card is for one day. It does seem silly to use them that way, but we have annual passes for our family good until next spring and the free tickets expire at the end of the year anyway, so it’s use them or lose them.

I think that would work and not sure about the actual numbers but would it save money to upgrade and add a PH to two of the one day tickets on the day of use and then save two of them to use towards your passes for next year? Just an idea, I didn’t do the math to actually work out the value

I thought about that, but the free passes expire at the end of this year before we could renew....

Not sure why one random poster said no lol.
If they are 6 individual one day tickets your plan should work no problem.
Of course if you were paying face value for them it would be a crazy way to do it but since you're not I see no reason not to.

Probably because the majority of these threads are people trying to get around actually paying for the hopper option. When one of the threads is about how to actually, legally do it, it throws off everyone! :joker:

Yeah - if they’re not upgradable and expire at the end of the year, then I rescind my value comment :)
