This new 90210 show....

Soo....I loved old 90210....have been trying to get into tonights new series... it's 'ok' I guess... I started having my 12yrold DD watch it with me...but, wow how language has changed since the early 90s on TV!
Anyways...
what are your thoughts on the new show?

I'm thinking I won't be watching again. I like the connections to the old show, but I'm not liking the rest of it.

I'm watching this with my 15-year-old. She really likes it. I'll give the new version another viewing but I like the original so much better than this.

I liked it better than I thought I would. The language acceptable-ness was surprising to me somewhat. But what really got me was what were the kids supposedly drinking at the 16 year old's party and at the Pit ?? It was in wine and champagne glasses whatever it was, in full view of adults.

I love the old characters and how the younger characters Erin and Hannah grew up! I want to know who the father of Kelly's son is...could it be Dylan?
I will be TVoing this for sure!

I dont know if I am more excited about 90210 or the NKOTB concert

Hannah was in the first few minutes, she was the news anchor on the School news, her name said Hannah Zuckerman-Vasquesz, she is Andrea and Jesse's daughter, whe was born premature

I loved the old ties - and I of course will have to keep watching to see who the father of Kelly's son is.

I loved the nod to Andrea.

I liked it. I never saw the original. Will I continue watching it? If it doesn't interfere with any of the other series that I am already into like NCIS and The Unit. I think that they aired on Tuesdays last season.

Ok, 90210 is my FAVORITE show of all time and I'm already sucked into the new one too. HOWEVER, I'm DEFINITELY more excited about the NKOTB concert in November.

I watched it with DD17. I thought it was pretty good, but omg there was a lot of drama on within such a short time!!!

We just moved and DD17 wanted to know why we couldn't move to Beverly Hills instead of Decatur Texas!!!

I figured it out when the teacher said, something to the effect of, " That girl looks 30 years old."

We probably won't watch again. I didn't find one character likeable and was wishing them all death halfway through. Not even that hottie Rob Estes could save this mess.

I watched a little bit last night and kept thinking I was watching Degrassi. I'm all confused about who is who because I didn't watch 90210 in the later years.

I think the only thing that will keep my watching is if they keep singing songs from Spring Awakening.
