about how long would you say it takes to eat at a character buffet breakfast? We have a 8:25 breakfast ADR at CP and wondered about what time we would be leaving without rushing like crazy. I know character interaction will affect us (my kids have to see each and every 100 acre friend!). I guess I'm just so excited about getting there before the park opens as well as being done with breakfast when it does open!
Just trying to get a ballpark idea. Thanks!

I think that you will need at least an hour. That is most likely a low estimate, but it will be worth it for your kiddos!

About an hour if you want to visit with all the characters. Once they come around, it may be a while before they come around again, although when we were there in September, Piglet visited twice while we had to wait a bit for Eeyore.

I agree with about an hour. Every day a few people make early ADRs and do not show up. I suggest getting there early (check in around 8) and you may get in early

That's a REALLY good idea! Will the CM's at the gate let us in that early if our ADR isn't until a bit later though? I'd hate to get up even that much earlier just to stand around. That would be wonderful to get in earlier though- thanks so much!

The CMs at the MK gate usually start letting all early ADRs in sometime between 7:45 and 8

Why the time varies, someone else might know, maybe it has to due with staffing, maybe they changed the time over the years.

Since it takes a few minutes to get down through the security check, etc. and then walk down Main Street to the CP, we plan on arriving about 7:30 for our 8:05 ADR


ETA: Recent reviews indicate they wait unitl 8am exactly to let you in MK for breakfast.
