All Star Sports food court - not clean, mediocre food.
Crystal Palace lunch - okay food, not tons of choices, way over-priced. Would never do it again. $85 with tip for my ds13 and me.
CS in Mexico (can't remember name) - really sub par food, gross cheese on nachos, pickled jalepenos instead of fresh. Just bad, bad, bad.
Whispering Canyon lunch- super fun. Good food. Would def do again.
Sleepy Hollow- waffle/strawberries dinner. Yummy.
Pizza Planet lunch- pretty mediocre pizza, but as i expected so okay. :) Cheap lunch. glad a salad came with pizza.
Earl of Sandwich dinner - YUMMY AND CHEAP
Gihardelli - dessert - good but sundaes over-priced (cost more than Earl of Sandwich)
Dinner at Epcot- we snacked around the world-bakery in NOrway yummy. Caramel place in Germany yummy, Baklava from Morocco okay. Bakery in France super yummy, Flavored ice thing in japan super yummy.
Snacks at MK- Doll Whip - we didn't like it at all. I had high expectations since everyone raves about it. We had the Citrus Swirl which was super yummy.

I have never understood how the sit down restaurants in Mexico are SO much better then that CS place. But of course since it's packed I guess they get away with the subpar food.

Pizza Planet is actually the best of the bad options in HS IMHO and that's not saying much LOL!

The CS food at Mexico is about the same quality as any chain Mexican place or even 7-11 nachos.

I think most people want to eat something international in World Showcase, but many don't want to be adventurous and they go with America's ethnic food staple (Mexican) even though there are lots of better CS places. And better TS places in my opinion also; San Angel Inn was definitely subpar when I went.

Is there a place in Epcot that does authentic Mexican food or is it all crap??

I love La Haciaenda de San Angel, the one right on the lake. Awesome food, not your run of the mill Americanized Mexican cuisine. We have made it a point to dine there every trip. If you book dinner just before Illuminations, request a table next to the windows. They pipe the music in and you get a front row seat.

Im with you on the dole whip. I like the citrus swirl waaaaay better than the traditional pineapple!

Nobody in my family liked the Dole whip, but we all love the citrus swirl.

I think DelToco is better... and I have never tried 7-11 nachos so I can't compare there. LOL!

Never been a fan of the CS. DH tried the shredded beef tacos a few years ago and the only way I could describe it is it tasted like the Rome burning scene in Spaceship Earth.:scared:

Looks like you enjoyed some of our favorites. We were really surprised by how good Whispering Canyon was on our last trip and we always love the waffles from sleep hollow. Sadly I've never tried Earl or Gihardelli but love the snacking around Epcot. Glad you enjoyed most of it ; )

Pizza Planet is our fav at DHS! We ate there last week and DH and I tried the antipasta salad for the first time and it was really good!
