He went with his grandfather and cousins. Poppy takes the kids every year.

I just hope they've got better weather than we're getting down here in Bergen County right now. It's black as midnight right now, pouring with thunder and lightning.

Where are you in Bergen? My sister lives in Montvale and I live in Rockland County (NY - it borders Bergen).

Colie, I'm in southeastern Bergen, near Hackensack, which is the county seat.

The kids call my father-in-law "Poppy." Not sure which one of them started it, but all of them call him that.

That is a fun fair. We took DD last year but it's a bit of a hike from our house. I remember we got hit with some bad weather while there.

That fair is about 25 minutes from me. We had some horrific Thunderstorms last night, and a bit of rain awhile ago, but it is sunny here now, so hopefully they are enjoying themselves!
