This is what MS told me today. Have you heard this before???

I called MS yesterday to add another night to our reservation. I had several nights on a waitlist in the hopes that another resort would come through. When I called MS yesterday, I was told that I had two nights to match (different BW views). The CM told me that they would hold those two nights until noon on Friday. Today I called just to see if any other matches had come up. I was told that an entire week at BWV came up but that I only had until noon tomorrow for that as well.

Basically, I was told that if a time limit is set on any matches, it applies to all of them that come up until that time. Please keep in mind that I never received a call from MS. So, if I had not called, I would not have known that the other match occurred???

I am new to all of this, can anyone explain why this is the case? I'm confused.
