Okay guys, what is the one thing you plan to do this week to get or stay healthy?
For me it is, I will begin to exercise (again). I am going to start with 3 times per week doing the 2 mile WATP video. I hope to work up to 5 days and 3 miles by Nov. 1.

Plus the scales jumps up as bloating sets in...not a self-esteem-boosting week! So, just focusing on my goals would be my goal this week.
