This Is The Villa We Are Thinking Of Staying In

Hi

I received so many replies regarding where to stay and who to book with. I like the villa and its in our price range and I thought I would get your opinions first before booking if I can persuade hubby to book the holiday. This is the first time we have stayed and booked a villa, so we feel we are amatuers and dont really know whether its good or bad. The gentleman who emailed me back seems to be genuine and the rate was £798 and its in Indian Creek which is another bonus.

Are you aware that Indian Creek now has the Toll road running RIGHT through the middle of it ?

No I wasnt oh dear hmm I dont know what to do now! I bet thats why its cheaper than the other ones then. Formosa Gardens are a little more expensive and bigger.

The villa looks really nice and typical of the homes on Indian Creek.

The on-going construction of the Beltway will not affect the majority of homes on IC, the fact that there are homes behind it indicates this villa is not affected.

I have driven around the development many times as well as staying there last year and next also - this home looks similar to one's I have looked at and I am sure is nowhere near the roadworks.

Formosa Gardens tends to be larger 5/6 or bigger bedroomed homes, just contact the owner for re-assurance.

The Beltway construction is at the beginning of the development on IC, the majority of homes will be unaffected, I have driven over the bridge at the entrance numerous times.

As Johnny rightly says, not all or even most of the IC homes are affected by the new road I don't think. But good to check!

As others have said, not all homes are effected, but its better to be safe than sorry. I stayed near the construction in April & it was not at all pleasent.

The owner contacted me and said it was half a mile away and he stayed in August and couldnt hear anything. His villa is on Indian Creek Bolourvard.
