That's good. Sounds like the weekend is almost in the bag?

Not even close! we just ate the leftovers from last nights dinner. I need to make two more recipes of scalloped potatoes (0ne is in the oven). Then we need to chop/slice peppers, cucumbers, onion, celery, mushrooms and who knows what else for the salad, plus she hasn't even sliced the hams that I cooked last night. We will be up until after midnight! Not normally a problem since we sleep in until 10 or noon, but tomorrow we have to be in Hollywood at 9AM That's 33 miles and maybe a 45 minute drive, not to mention loading the car and coolers I gotta go and get started on the rest of stuff!

I think she will. She knows we're making it, but there are some other things about the shower that she doesn't know (my mom and I are throwing it for her).

The Tigger is a rattle The hat he's wearing is similar to the one at the bottom, but with a different color on the tip. It's supposed to resemble something "else" when the baby's nursing. The other stuff is, like, Desitin, a Pooh hat and booties, a gum soother, baby sunblock, a Cookie Monster comb and brush, keys, and a bottle brush We have some other stuff, too, that we couldn't attach to the cake and I'm trying to decide if I want to get her a diaper bag or not.

Fine, I was so tired from working crazy hours lately that we just went to dinner and came home. Of course our Lab decided he wanted out during the night twice so I got about an hour and a half of sleep and then he'd want out.

Hello to everyone else...

Had a serene lunch/therapy session today. We hung around for 4 hours at the cafe
They actually forgot about us about 3:30pm I think as everyone else had left and they stopped coming out to the seating area. Time got away on us and when we walked out about 4:15pm she said "you could have just left"

One of the gals is doing her Phd in psychology and it was "therapy" day
Man we are a messed up bunch....
But you knew that
