but I can't join the challenge since I only have 3 more pounds to lose! Yay for me! But I want to belong to your group... for support :( .

Can we have a maintaining clipart? ;) I have lost 38 pounds since I started at the end of October. I want that 40 pound total! Two more pounds to go...

So, how can I stay if I can't be a member of the challenge? :( Maybe I can post a yummy recipe every day for everyone (except the Atkins dieters since I live off carbs! :crazy: ). Would anyone like any vegetarian recipes?

I don't know about anyone else, but a maintainer is the best person to have on this board! You can keep us all focused and inspired. I'm glad to have you! Any veggie recipes would be welcome news to me. Thanks for signing on! Congratulations on your success!

I don't think you need to be part of the challenge in order to post on the board. I plan to continue posting my support and encouragement for everyone LOOOOOONG after I reach my goal. That's the great thing about the WISH board. So many people in the same boat, working hard to lose weight and get healthy. We will all reach our goals one day and then we'll need to lean on each other to make sure we maintain our healthy lifestyles! :)

P.S. I have noticed on WW that I'm eating much less meat than I used to. I just realized yesterday that I am having chicken for dinner every night, but breakfast and lunch and my snack are all meat-free. I might need to hit you up for some good chicken replacement suggestions. Was thinking of using firm tofu in this cheesey chicken recipe I have. Will the tofu melt if I put it in a cheese sauce? Thanks, Karen! :) I really hate tofu, but I could eat it if it was covered with cheese! ha ha!
 
OF COURSE YOU CAN STAY!!!! WE need all the support we can get!! And it is best coming fromn either someone who is going through the same thing or has gone through the same thing!!! You are welcome to stay and we hope that you do!!

I would love some maintaining clipart. I am also one that didn't join at the beginning because I was under 5lbs to lose.
 
How about a 'WISH Supporter' clippie for those that are maintaining and her for support only -- and not necessarily to lose!

I think the regular ol WISH clipart would be fine! Just put a little comment underneath that you are a 'supporter and maintainer'!

Zakatack and believe I am in the same situation. I don't have alot to loose but I do love the support and encouragement from this board. It is nice knowing that there are other people doing the same thing for weight loss.

I hope you didn't have to have a certain amount to loose to join the W.I.S.H.:( I felt I could relate to the people on this board.

So come on and join!!!
 
You don't have to be losing weight to visit this board. Someone who has reached their goal already is a great addition to our support group. You are proof that it can be done. You can help encourage the rest of us who are still struggling to have the very success you already have.

Besides that, WISH=<b>W</b>e're <b>I</b>nspired to <b>S</b>tay <b>H</b>ealthy. There lots more things than weight involved in that. Just because you have reached your weight loss goals doesn't mean that you can stop working out, or stop trying to be as healthy as possible.

I need all of the advice, support, encouragement, head bops (sometimes) I can get. Please join us Zakatak. You can help keep me focused along with Believe and Cthia
