Dang that girl! She better shape up! Just because she is 18 does NOT mean that she is an adult. I didn't view myself as an adult until I was living in my own apartment at 19. There's no WAY I could have ever treated my Mother like that while still living under her roof. Sorry she is being such a biotch lately. I hope she calms down and gives you a break and gets over herself.

I hope you can find the strength to remain firm and yes, she can disagree with you and even "hate" you (in the moment) but she needs to still be respectful. If she doesn't, then she must suffer the consequences and I think absolutely her "privileges" need to be cut back.

My sister told me sometimes you need to hit them where it hurts to get their attention. She just took away her son's DS and Computer time and after 3 days when he realized she was serious, he started doing his homework!

It's one of those that gets you thinking after. And the way they filmed it makes it seem that much more possible. And movies and stories about Demons give me the creeps. I can handle a man chasing someone with a knife, and even ghosts most of the time, but there's something about Demons that is just scary.
