This is the last trip the 4 of us ever take to WDW. Nov 2-12 *FinalUpdate 3/19* Pg.59

Just found your TR.
:welcome:
It's been taking a while but we're moving again. :)

Congratulations on the new addition to your family!!!! She is beautiful and I love the Minnie outfit.
Thank you! :goodvibes :goodvibes

Your kids are adorable and look like they are having such a fun time at WDW.
We like to let loose and go with the flow at WDW... around our scheduled park days and ADRs of course. :lmao:

We took my DS on IASW in 2011 (his first trip to WDW) and he was just in awe of the ride. The whole time his eyes were just huge as he tried to take everything in. I just loved watching him experience it. :) We always go on IASW at least once, but then again we only get to Disney every few years so it's part of the traditions. :)

Anyway looking to follow along going forward. :)
It's great watching them isn't it? When we went the first time I was watching Juliana's reaction when she saw the castle for the first time and that was it. I was hooked. :goodvibes

He really is a precious boy and looks just like his mommy.
You think? I know Juliana looks like my side of the family.

I think Christopher was thinking that he was one lucky brother to have such a beautiful sister.
Or just planning his next escape. :rotfl:

I am sitting here all misty-eyed. Juliana just gets more beautiful each year; now tell her to stop growing up so fast!
She has grown up so fast. I guess they all do though. :sad1:

Can't wait to hear all about it.
Hopefully tonight... :rolleyes1

I have to say, that pink spiky hair is kind of an interesting look for Merida! :lmao: :rotfl2: It looks like Princess Juliana was quite happy with everything though, and that is what counts.
She has done BBB a few times and has always done the slick hair with the bun. She wanted to switch it up this time.

I'm glad you were able to work it out and get bands for the "New" Fantasyland preview! :thumbsup2 Maybe you can share some top secret, behind the scenes photos from your tour of it. :rolleyes1
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

You know how many pictures I took thinking, 'Wait till I show EVERYBODY what the new Fantasyland is like.' Yea well, I won't post them in my TR. I think you all have a pretty good idea what its all about. :headache:

I'm sure Juliana enjoyed every bit of the BBB process!

...and the guys tolerated it.
Easy to tolerate when I'm walking around outside. ;)

I like watching it though. Pretty soon, she'll be too old to want to do it.

Hey Tim! Good to see you around here! :goodvibes Unfortunately this is one of those times when everything is really busy and I'm not here that much right now. Trying to catch up when I can! :)
MARV! Nice to see you!

I love Boma for dinner! So many wonderful choices, especially the meat kiosk! :thumbsup2 I don't think I could eat enough zebra domes to be even a little tipsy though. :rotfl2:
Glen recommended it and I'm glad he did. So much so that I made an ADR there in Nov. ;)

You did a good job making it to MK early. I went in early one time when it had been raining, and it was great with low crowds also!
It wasn't raining too hard so it was fine.

Great job on the pixie dust and extra magic with getting the whole family into the New Fantasyland! :woohoo: The kids are growing up too fast, and Princess Juliana looks way too grown up after getting her BBB makeover! :faint:
The best part of the Fantasyland preview is coming up shortly....

So good you will be getting to go back soon! Wish I could be there at Halloween as I love MNSSHP and the fall decorations! Unfortunately I will be at least knee deep in work by that time! Can't wait to hear all about it though!!!
We aren't doing MNSSHP because Christopher and Gabriella are just too small. But Melody & I love that party. I wish we could do it.

Have not run in a long long time. Spring probably. Back to wealking and maybe running if I can find time to even walk.
I need to run... I was going to run today but I decided to start tomorrow. :rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Those bands are fast. Mine arrived today!!!
I just changed the color of my band again... I'm going for green.

It is absolutely horrible that I just found your TR last week.:scared1:

I knew you were headed out last year via Facebook, but somehow I missed this.

HEY Sheresa! :welcome:

Don't worry about not being here.... I haven't been here either! :lmao::lmao:

The children are as darling as ever, and I love the princess transformation! A beautiful Merida indeed!
Thank you!!! She really did like that outfit.

Glad to be on board, even though I'm almost a year late.:lmao:
No worries. :goodvibes

Juliana had just finished up her makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and it was time for lunch. What better place to bring a princess than Cinderella's Royal Table?

We checked in and were brought into the waiting room..

DSC05768_zpsc899484d.jpg

We spotted Jaq and Gus up in the rafters...

DSC05767_zpsf40ba648.jpg

Juliana had her turn seeing Cinderella.

I guess Christopher was being a bit moody because he wasn't in any of the Cinderella pictures.

Heading upstairs...

DSC05772_zpsa1b64313.jpg

We were brought to our table and Juliana received a princess placemat.

DSC05774_zps44330bad.jpg

She seemed pretty happy with it.

DSC05776_zpsa522940e.jpg

And Christopher received... a sword?

DSC05779_zps644d1368.jpg

I'm not sure who's idea it was to give a 1 1/2 year old a long plastic sword, but I guess they do that all the time. It wasn't long before we were getting visited by some princesses. Christopher looks a little shy here.

DSC05782_zps048e1772.jpg

DSC05790_zps355d51df.jpg

I guess he liked Ariel.

DSC05791_zps286ef463.jpg

And of course Jasmine.

DSC05795_zps04d591d1.jpg

I ended up eating the short ribs and although this picture doesn't really make them look appetizing, the were really good.

DSC05786_zps80e348a4.jpg

Looking up from our table....

DSC05785_zpsee4b6a2c.jpg

Our waitress allowed us to order Christopher his own meal and she didn't even charge us for it. That was so nice of her. She was great.

I think Juliana was more excited for her decorate-your-own-cupcake than her meal.

DSC05796_zps380e5a29.jpg

Although it is expensive, we really enjoyed our meal and to us, it was worth every penny. We made our way outside and I presented every one our special Fantasyland bracelets.

DSC05797_zps4a4fe2f7.jpg

On our walk over Juliana tested her muscles on the sword in the stone, but she couldn't pull it out this time.

DSC05798_zpsfb47966f.jpg

We walked around the corner and were ready to check out the 'NEW' Fantasyland.

Up next... I took 200 pictures of this area for YOU! (but I'll keep them to myself)

I found my husband's sword fighting partner in crime....MR. CHRISTOPHER! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo: I'm going to share that picture with him and it ought to cheer him up.

Ana looks lovely and who wouldn't be more interested in dessert than their food.

Cute pictures with the Princesses.

Looks like a great meal!!! A plastic sword is a dangerous item in the hand of any 1 1/2 yo!

Jill in CO

Oh, I'm sure that Christopher would love that. :rotfl2:

True. We could of just got her dessert and she would of been happy.

Cute pictures with the Princesses.
Thanks Kat. :goodvibes

Tell me about it. We are lucky he didn't take out one of the princesses! :rotfl::rotfl:

great photos at CRT! I think you need to get a sword too, I can see some epic sword fights in your future :)

what do you mean you're keeping the 200 photos of FL to yourself, be nice Mr. Tim and share please :goodvibes

Christopher's face on Small World he's like "seriously they're playing the song over and over and over" lol

I love the merida dress but I especially love the Ariel socks in the sparkly shoes with the Merida dress :) and Luvin Ana's pose all done up as a Princess :)

I loled at the Christopher with Ariel pic. I love how kids the smaller ones in particular just stare at people figuring them out like who or what are you :lmao:

You need to share your 200 photos of Fantasyland with me I haven't been there yet and the earliest I'm likely to get back is 2015 :scared1::sad1:

Ok, I'm caught up again. Yes I know it's been a while but I like to read in groups, if you look back a few months ago we went over that...! Your kids are just so stinking cute, I can't handle it!

BTW best line of this entire thing :

"It is hard to drive a stroller, drink a beer, and take pictures at the same time but I managed to get a few."

:lmao:

I just want want tell you that the speed of your TR was great for me. I've been behind on everyone's so thanks!
Congrats on that adorable baby girl!

Yes, Jen is correct, we were in MK that day as well. It was awesomely empty and we got lots done.
We did end up being lucky enough to get into FL without AP's that day, ( I made Kadence smile sweetly while we asked...... Begged nicely) and I did take a thousand pics that I did share on my TR ( took forever lol)

Julianna makes a very cool Merida! I'm having BBB hide the pink hair from Kadence when we go in Nov.

A sword for a 1 yr old..... Fun times!

Welcome back!

They were smart NOT giving me a sword.... :rolleyes2

what do you mean you're keeping the 200 photos of FL to yourself, be nice Mr. Tim and share please :goodvibes
Of course I'll share some but I'm not gonna go crazy. Everyone and their mother has seen a million pics of fantasyland.

Christopher's face on Small World he's like "seriously they're playing the song over and over and over" lol
And he loves every minute of it. We have the Disneyland app on our ipad and he plays the small world song over & over & over.... ;)

I love the merida dress but I especially love the Ariel socks in the sparkly shoes with the Merida dress :) and Luvin Ana's pose all done up as a Princess :)
She's stylin'!

I loled at the Christopher with Ariel pic. I love how kids the smaller ones in particular just stare at people figuring them out like who or what are you :lmao:
At least he wasn't crying or scared of them.

You need to share your 200 photos of Fantasyland with me I haven't been there yet and the earliest I'm likely to get back is 2015 :scared1::sad1:
Like I told Lisa, I'll share some but I won't go crazy.

Welcome back!!! You haven't been here for months? Neither have I! :rotfl2:

BTW best line of this entire thing :

:lmao:
Well, I guess I'm done writing then. This TR is a wrap! :rotfl::rotfl:

I just want want tell you that the speed of your TR was great for me. I've been behind on everyone's so thanks!
Trying to get this TR done before our next trip. :scratchin

Congrats on that adorable baby girl!
Thank you. :goodvibes

They were letting a ton of people into Fantasyland. I think they over estimated the demand for the special passes, and who actually showed up. I think that was reflective of MK staying open till midnight most of the week. But I'll get to that soon enough.

Julianna makes a very cool Merida! I'm having BBB hide the pink hair from Kadence when we go in Nov.
She has done the bun 3-4 times already so we didnt mind having her pick the crazy hair. :lmao:

A sword for a 1 yr old..... Fun times!
::yes::

Welcome back!
Thanks!

I'm not sure who's idea it was to give a 1 1/2 year old a long plastic sword, but I guess they do that all the time.
Better a plastic sword than a real one.

And you know you were jealous that he got one and you didn't. :rolleyes1

I ended up eating the short ribs and although this picture doesn't really make them look appetizing, the were really good.
Doesn't look like they give you much food for what they charge. :faint:

Our waitress allowed us to order Christopher his own meal and she didn't even charge us for it. That was so nice of her. She was great.
Well, that helps. I'd have to hit up a QS place after the meal if I had to share from a serving that small. :rotfl:

I think Juliana was more excited for her decorate-your-own-cupcake than her meal.
Who wouldn't be? :confused3

Although it is expensive, we really enjoyed our meal and to us, it was worth every penny.
:thumbsup2 And that's what matters. Take advantage of those moments with Juliana... but I guess you'll get a few more years of princess stuff now with your other princess.

Up next... I took 200 pictures of this area for YOU! (but I'll keep them to myself)
:rotfl::rotfl2::lmao:

Hey, better late than never. :thumbsup2

We walked to the 'New' Fantasyland sporting our bands... on our left was BOG.

DSC05801_zps7f3ba3f1.jpg

Christopher was already passing out so Melody & I took a picture with Merida.

DSC05806_zps441211c8.jpg

My mom, Melody and Juliana went ahead to ride the Little Mermaid while I pushed around the sleeping Christopher. What was there to do? How about some sightseeing and take some pictures.

Popcorn Cart.

Ariel's Grotto

Village Gifts

Gastons

Looking toward the 7 Dwarfs Mine Train

The girls met up with me then it was my turn to ride the Little Mermaid with my mom and Juliana.

We when we saw this sign in January, it was already peeling off and you couldn't even read the words. Not sure if people peeled it off or it just didn't stand up. It is inside so I will assume people peeled off the letters.

While we were on the ride, Melody was exploring Fantasyland on her own and bumped into a dashing young man named Gaston. They had a pretty funny exchange. I know it went down like this because I took a video of Melody explaining what happened. You can hear me on the video promising not to post the video- so I will follow through with that promise. It happened like this:

Melody: Hi Gaston! My daughter should of been in this picture but she is on the Little Mermaid ride.
Gaston: Oh that's too bad. Who is that in your stroller? A handsome little prince?
Melody: Yes. My asleep son.
Gaston: Make sure when he wakes up you show him my picture because once he sees me, it will be the best memory he ever has. He's gonna wanna be just like me when he grows up.

That Gaston trying to charm my wife.. lucky we had one more experience to try in Fantasyland or I wouldda.........

Up Next.. the rest of Fantasyland

Fun update, Tim.

I didn't know anything wrong with the sign in the Mermaid when we rode it in June or August. Perhaps they've replaced it.

Juliana makes such a pretty Merida (by the way, we FINALLY watched Brave for the first time this past Sunday :thumbsup2).

The interaction between Mel and Gaston is hysterical. She looks much better than him by the way.

Better a plastic sword than a real one.

And you know you were jealous that he got one and you didn't. :rolleyes1
Ummm... maybe. :scratchin

Doesn't look like they give you much food for what they charge. :faint:
I think lunch started out with a cheese/ veggy plate, salad, then entrée, then dessert. It was plenty of food. ;)

:thumbsup2 And that's what matters. Take advantage of those moments with Juliana... but I guess you'll get a few more years of princess stuff now with your other princess.
True. I must be out of my mind. :rotfl:

Hey, better late than never. :thumbsup2
You should see my pictures of the 'New' Animal Kingdom! :rotfl2:

^ :lmao::lmao: Poor Tim
Yea, I know... it never stops.

I'm glad you said it; I thought it but was trying to be nice. :lmao::lmao:
See... never stops.

Fun update, Tim.

I didn't know anything wrong with the sign in the Mermaid when we rode it in June or August. Perhaps they've replaced it.
Hummm... maybe they painted it or figured out a way to stop people from messing with it.

Juliana makes such a pretty Merida (by the way, we FINALLY watched Brave for the first time this past Sunday :thumbsup2).
It's a cute movie but not our favorite. I think Tangled is a huge favorite here. The part with the lanterns and when she sees her parents gets me every time. :rolleyes2

The interaction between Mel and Gaston is hysterical. She looks much better than him by the way.
Well, I would have to agree with you there. :rotfl:

So... you didn't go meet Ariel while Melody was meeting Gaston??? What the heck is wrong with you??? :rolleyes1

ok you definitely need to get a sword Tim, I can see a sword duel between you and Gaston :rotfl2:
