This is so scrap worthy

I thought I would share this story with all of you. My nephew was at baseball and asked his dad to pitch to him before he was up to bat. My brother in law went and when my nephew hit the ball the ball hit a metal pole and then hit my brotherinlaw inbetween his eyes it broke his nose after the catscan it was determined that no damage was done to his Eye. After knowing my brother inlaw was ok I told my sister that she had to scrap that. that she needs to take a picture of him her son and a catchers mask. I know it is not so funny today but when he is all better it will be. for some reason this is very funny to me I feel sorta bad because every time it comes to mind I laugh. do any of you have a simular story so I won't feel so bad that I can't stop laughing. It is sorta like the sean from Mary Poppins I love to Laugh.

when DS was 5 months old DH took sit outside in his stroller in the back yard to toss the softball around with DD (7) 'teach' her how to hit -
Well DH underestimated our little princesses killer hitting ability and the ball hit DS smack in the middle of the forehead
All I heard from the kitchen was SCREAMING BABY -
I ran and met them on the porch - he was OK but it was SCARY
But we will NEVER forget the biggining of our kids baseball carreers!

that was a good one. I just got off the phone with my brother in law. He is doing fine. I confessed How this was striking me and he was laughing too. he says he has to lift his eye lids to focus. so I told my sis to get a picture of that too. he thinks he can go back to work tomorrow I told her to take disposable camera to his work today so the employees can get a few shots in.

Only a scrapper would think of taking pictures during a medical emergency . I am glad you're BIL is doing better & that his medical condition is no worse.

DEFINITELY scrap worthy!! Pictures and journaling will be there when your nephew has his own children in baseball!!

just found out that my brother inlaw also broke his dads nose in baseball when he was a boy. So i said he needs to buy his son a face gaurd when he has his first son. it runs in the family
