This is probably a very basic question...

We've pretty much decided to not get a DDP for our trip in October. But part of me still thinks it would be a decent deal to do the QS DP since we are planning on a lot of QS restaurants.

My question is - we have 7 nights at AoA reserved, but only 4 days of park tickets. If we added a dining plan, would we have to get 7 days of the DP, or 4 days?

I'm sure this is a foolish newbie question, but I'm a foolish WDW newbie! :D

Thanks friends!

I'm pretty sure that it's based on the number of nights you're stay is booked for.

I agree I think it is for as many nights as you are booked to get the dining plan it has to be booked as a package. You may want to consider booking a package for those nights including your tickets and the other nights as a seperate ressie! :thumbsup2

I know with the package that you can get change the number days for the tickets, regardless of the number of nights staying....unlike the dining plan....

Yes, it goes by nights. You would have to add the dining plan for all the nights you are there. It doesn't matter how many park days. We had free dining in march for 9 days and only had 2 day tix. ( we have AP's)

You should keep your eyes open for upcoming package deals too. WDW has sometimes offered free dining for that time period.
