so y'all please forgive me!!!

We are driving down next Sat. and due to several issues- we are planning on driving to the parks every day from SSR instead of the bus. I cannot find any addresses to put into the GPS though, and if memory serves, the signage getting us to parks really stinks!

Does anyone have actual addresses they use or do they have maps at the resorts?

I wouldn't worry about using GPS for the parks......they have maps at the front desk, and they will give you directions, as well. You'll make a few wrong turns along the way, but just think of it as part of the overall park adventure.

Signage for other resorts isn't great, but I've never had problems getting to the parks. Those signs are plentiful and easily understood, IMHO.

I do suggest following the signs though, as the GPS will very likely have you taking back roads and limited access (CM) roads.

I agree with the PP, a GPS will get you into more trouble than just following the signs or using the maps. It's really pretty simple getting around WDW.

We used GPS last week to try to get to our resort, AKL. It couldn't even recognize it. We just winged it and were able to get there with the signs. DH then got a map from the front desk, and with that and the signs, we did great. Relax and don't worry, it's actually very easy.

If they don't have a driving map when you check in, make sure you check with bell services. They always have them (at least every time I've asked!). There is a nice basic map from Alamo rental car, I think.

From SSR, you can get to all the parks VERY easily. Don't worry about it, but make sure you review your map every time before you leave and know the route you're going to take.
