My brother and I are making an account. We plan to collect halloween buyables and hold the costumes that we have so far. We are planning to go on it every day to get credits, it isn't a mule, right? And second, is it ok to have 2 characters? I would kind of like to have it so I won't be tempted to trade all my halloween stuff before it gets more rare.

I think it's fine...

What Yavn and Co really have a problem with is the One-time use mules that just plug in the credit codes, buy stuff, trade back to original character, then are never used again.

Sweet I used to make mules for quest pins for my friends (like on 4th of July) but haven't made a mule since. I am very happy they told us about that, and now I just have a couple accounts I use often.
