NJ Mike said:ok, to break it down to the most common sense aspect.
1. at any given time, there are anywhere from 2-4,000 people on during a weekend day AT ONE TIME, we are not talking about the whole day people, we are picking out 1 single second in time on vmk. 2-4,000 people all in there, and heading SOMEWHERE.
2. If you hold an event, and have a game, it would stand to reason most, if not all, of those people would want to play.
3. What possible explanation could you have to expect 2-4,000 people all to cram into one room to play a game? Seriously. 1 room...let that sink in a minute...1 room? Who the heck decided that??? Somebody had to..Somebody had to say, yeah that'll work. Honestly, if they did not forsee any type of problem whatsoever in only having one room, then they REALLY should not be staff. I mean really. They shouldnt.
(oh and dont give me that "they will be staggered thoughout the day stuff, because EVERY MINUTE of the day today there were ALWAYS 3-4,000 people in vmk. So yes, they may be staggered, but you are staggering groups of 3-4,000 people at a time. )
I mean i thought the maze event was poorly planned and executed, i could never dream that they would have such a massive screw up as this generator game. Even expecting them to mess it all up, it STILL boggles the mind, the level of ineptitude they have hit today.![]()
ok the vein in the neck is throbbing too much now, i think i will go watch something calming and not as stressful as vmk, like football.![]()
I think if they can limit a room size to a certain number of people they can limit the line to get into a room to a certain number of people. If they make the line size -say- 100 people long, then direct the rest of the people to next game room. The most people at one time in a line seems to be about 600-700. So about 7-8 game rooms running at once would take care of it.
I'm not that computer smart but even I can think of a way to do it better.
