This is just our luck

I just had to share this story with everyone here.

Okay, so DH and I decided to join AAA because we would still be getting great savings, etc. Last night we joined online. I typed in a search for AAA and we were off!

We filled out the online application, but received a bit of a nasty surprise when it came time to select the cost of our membership....$145! We were surprised because we were sure it was only supposed to be around $69 or so. That cost was for a "Student", so we wondered what to do. We decided to just do the $145 because its still saving something and then we moved on.

Well, the next page was even more annoying....a list of section memberships we had to join?! We were getting so frustrated with the process (and couldn't figure out the titles to some of these magazines we were supposed to subscribe to and how they had ANYTHING to do with automobiles), when suddenly DH starts cracking up...we were about to join the American Anthropological Association.

Needless to say, we corrected the error and now belong to the correct AAA. But we felt SO STUPID to say the least!!!
