If I am going to get stuck on a roller coaster, I want it to be Barn Stormer.![]()
Agree with you on that one. Barn Stormer is a fairly tame ride to get stuck on and fairly easy to get off.
That's Rip, Ride, Rockit at Universal, and it's only 167 feet, not 200. Those seats are actually pretty comfortable, so it wouldn't have been a huge deal to be stuck up there, unless it was extremely hot and they wouldn't bring water or shade. It's not like they were stuck upside down in a loop for 3 hours like the guys on the Demon in 1998 were. *THAT* would have bothered me lol.
Okay I have to ask how does a car even get stuck upside down in a loop? To me physics should dictate that the car would complete the loop before finishing coming to a stop. And if they had some sort of safety mechanism there. Why the hell in the middle of a loop? That's a huge safety and health hazard. Shows you I guess the year it was, 1998.
ETA: Okay never mind. Apparently the ride shutting down does happen and leaving riders upside down does happen every once and a while. Even though my brain says that makes no sense logically. There goes that comfort with loop de loops. Probably will still ride coasters with them though.

We stopped to watch it and it wasn't moving.
Waited some more. Gave up and started to walk away, then thought...surely it's gonna move...went back and no it still wasn't moving! These folks looked awfully calm for people stuck on a ride aimed in that direction!
Can only hope none of them were big chickens like me!
