OK My computer is new..... but it doesn't work sometimes...


I want to be a CL so bad! I know vmk good and have a great help center for my guest room.
But everytime i try to be 1 it saids my date of birth is wrong. Someone made a thread about this and posted a link. I went to that link and it said September 12, myyearofbirth. So i tired again... still said it was wrong. I never made it past that part!
Is there anyway I could ever be a CL?

Are you sure you entered your login email address and not your character name in the help tool? I made that mistake a few times and got the same message.

.. you might have put in a wrong month, day or year... i am just saying.. strange.. another bug or mistake... let's hope for the mistake! keep on trying!

THIS is a situation where you use "contact us"...yes I know you can't since you're b/day is wrong-I had the same problem.

Here's what you do!!

Use contact us, but go as a PARENT not a PLAYER. give the same email address as your login.

Explain you know what b/day they have on file and it's right but you still can't log in and ask if they can help.

also, make sure you're not using an AOL email account.


I could never find my b/day through disney.com BUT at www.disneyland.com, go to my vacations, log in with your email, and going to my profile always had it.
