They will hold a ton of tables back for the Candlelight Processional. We ran into this last December. It was difficult to get an Epcot dinner reservation where and when we wanted one.

Coral Reef is currently showing reservations available for 5:50 and 8:25 for 12/10 assuming a party of 4 (I didn't catch OP party size).
