When September rolled around this year I did not have a reservation for FW for the week of Thanksgiving. I tried to bring myself to the realization that I would be relegated to leaving the camper at home and possibly staying for a couple of nights in a value resort if I was lucky. But I would not stand for it. I new I could get my reservation if I persevered. Well now I am happy to boast that after two months, 9 different reservation numbers, many prayers and a few tears, it is done. 
Yesterday I was finally able to seal the deal. I have the entire week of Thanksgiving. I thought I would post this to encourage others who are still desperately seeking reservations for certain times. Don't give up!!!! Try everyday. The internet will often show things aren't yet available over the phone. I checked the availablity of the last day I was looking for 6 differet times yesterday before it magically came open.
