This is a little freaky

I have to flash back to the week before Sept. 11,
2001. My BIL was out of town at a football game. I had a coupon for 20% off any costume in the Disney Store. My then 2 1/2 yr old niece wanted to be Cinderella. My sister decided to bring Samantha to my neck of the woods and we would go shopping at the local mall and buy the costume. We did, and on the way home we stopped at Burger King and had lunch. I was going to be babysitting that niece that Tuesday (Sept. 11th).

OK, fast forward to yesterday, the Sunday before Sept.
11th. My BIL is in Buffalo visiting some
friends.... After my dad and I got home from church, my sister Monica called--she was at the mall and she was going
to be stopping by. Oh, and she's going to BK on the
way, did we want anything? I told her to get me a
Whopper. When she came with the girls (her 2nd daughter was born in 2002), as we were
eating, she asked me if I could babysit Friday--her
regular babysitter is pregnant and has 2 doctor's
appt. and her back up babysitter is unavailabe. I said
I could. She needed to get
some stuff at the grocery store and the girls stayed
with me. When she came back, she had a duck costume
for her little girl that she found at the grocery store. So they get all
their stuff, go home, and about an hour later I'm
cooking dinner when Monica calls....I thought they
left something behind but that wasn't the reason for
the call....she realized all the similarities between
2001 & yesterday:
1. we went to the Sunrise Mall
2. we ate Burger King
3. her husband is out of town
4. Halloween costume was purchased.
5. And I'm going to baby sit.

Weird, huh?

OK, I'll say what everyone is thinking.....as long as that's all that happens...
yes, very weird. Isn't it amazing what we can remember??
