my 3 month old weighs over 15 pounds nowMy first didn't hit 20 pounds until she was 18 month though. amazing how much different all babies are
15 lbs at 3 mos is great! My guy was/is definitely on the smaller side. Like your DD, he finally hit 20 lbs at 18 mos. Now at 26 mos, he weighs 23 lbs.
They do come in all shapes and sizes - and they're all so cute!
