Better Pay and benefits for CMS would be good. They are already doing education. My sister got her masters when she worked for Disney.

Dolly's awesome, but this is originating with Herschend (her partner in Dollywood) and applies to all their parks, including Silver Dollar City, Wild Adventures, and Kentucky Kingdom.
