I've ordered lots of times where you don't know the status until it ships. Last year I ordered some things from Lands End, a company that used to be known for great shipping turnaround. My order languished and didn't ship for several days after they said it would. There was no status update available until I was sent a tracking number 2 days after it actually shipped.

Anyway, there's still hope with 31. I ordered the afternoon of the last sale day and my order arrived today. Our Amazon account is tied to dh's email address, so he was getting my info and didn't bother to share with me. Keep an eye on your front porch! :goodvibes

Mine's a D. But maybe they're filling by state/region? You live in NC, pp lives in SC just over the border from me (also in Carolinas) Either way it looks like most everyone should have their order very soon. I think the Jan. 30 th date is their worst case scenario and everyone will be filled long before then. Good luck!

I have posted the phone number for you to call to cancel your order. I can't imagine you actually wanting them to get any of your money at this point.

You can also write a letter to the company explaining your discontent. Complaining here doesn't do a whole lot to change anything.

However, I will say again that this is kind of how this kind of sale rolls. Most of us are ok with it because we know this is the only way to get the fantastic deals.

There have been complaints on Thirty One's Facebook page by a couple of people already that 1 had items not sent and another was sent a wrong item and was told they won't get the item now.

I don't know but the one I know who got her stuff used a consultant whose last name started with a D. My consultant starts with an H.

If it were to go by region than that wouldn't make a lot of sense as my consultant is out of Ohio and I am in Kentucky as is the lady who I know that already got hers.
 

Well, I do see your post on there. I didn't see anyone get the wrong item but I saw someone who didn't get one item she ordered and will get a refund.

I really am not understanding why you don't just cancel your order. I can't imagine you would truly enjoy the items now.

Oops. My consultant's first name starts with D, last name begins with an G. Not sure that really matters though, still think it sounds regional for the deliveries. In a perverse way I'm glad my order didn't ship sooner...we just got home from wdw late Monday night and my neighbor wasn't available to grab packages for me those last few days of vacation.
 
When I ordered it wouldn't let me enter my consultant..something to do with cookies which is bogus since I have tons of cookies stored. Anyway..I had to order as if I had no consultant so don't know how those will be processed.

I would think they would assign you to a consultant within your area. Really not sure though.

If its already shipped all that's needed is to refuse delivery.
 
I ordered 12/26 and got my shipping confirmation 2 days ago. Package should arrive tomorrow according to UPS.

Nope, I got on from this thread myself. I don't know any consultants, never been to a thirty one thing (though I've been invited before, can't see paying that much for bags so never went.) I was worried I would not be able to order either. I don't remember how I got in but I am guessing it said something like "don't have a consultant click here" and I had no trouble ordering. I'm still waiting for mine, hoping they are as good as everyone says they are. Can't complain though with the prices I paid :goodvibes

I just will not order from them again and if need be will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as it won't be the first complaint against them.
 
But this is all 3rd hand information. You haven't actually tried, right?

I wrote down how to cancel based in what you wrote below, saying people couldn't cancel. Maybe you can pass the info on to your FB friend.

Not sure how it is a BBB violation not to ship right away, especially since they sent out notifications explaining the problem and giving people the option to cancel if so desired. No law that says what order they have to ship either. People ARE receiving their orders (me included) so it's not as if they took people's money and gave nothing in return.
 
How many complaints do they have? Have you looked it up?

As I have already stated I am not cancelling. The majority of these are not for me. They are for my 10 year old for her Birthday which is Saturday. Got my order today, I placed it about 3:00 on the 26th.
I am thrilled, so many great deals! I met my UPS girl in the driveway and she said she was delivering alot of these boxes today. I told her what was in it and she understood my excitement. LOL.
 
I think 99% of us are well aware that this is a GIANT sale and will no longer even be possible if people keep spewing venom at the company.

We recently had another company stop offering their deals because the 90% off their rates wasn't good enough for people (they whined about the silliest things.....You gave me X and now I want Y added on, I demand it!)

Next time this is posted maybe we need a disclaimer:

JUST BE AWARE THIS COULD TAKE 6 WEEKS' TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!!!!!!!!!!

I want them to continue! This is the only way I buy 31 items! I just simply do not spend the retail prices for these items.

same here. i just cannot pay full price. i hosted a catalog party in the spring of 2012, and got a lot of free stuff. that's the only other way i'd be able to afford it.
 
Just got my order 5 minutes ago. Strange because I didn't receive an email it was shipping.

Anyway, love, love, love most of it. I think I may end up selling a couple of items that won't work for me. The crossbody bag is way too small for me and the wristlet purse doesn't have enough compartments for what I need. But otherwise, I love it!
