Thirty Thirty Hotel in NYC

Just thought I´d ask around here whether anyone has stayed in this hotel, preferably recently? I´m going to NYC for a conference in August but staying for 6 nights and have been trying to find decent accommodation on Manhattan for under $200 a night. The Thirty Thirty has a special offer, which means that the cost comes in just under $200 for a newly refurbished room and the hotel seems to be in a great location.
Anyone who can share their experience?

According to the AAA Website, the Thirty Thirty hotel is rated with Three Diamonds. This puts it on a level with most of the moderate and lower deluxe hotels at WDW.
