Surprised this hasn't been posted here yet....

An article in the LA Times mentions a possible new "speciality" park -- such as Discovery Cove in Orlando -- being built in CA.

Hopefully this is after they bulldoze 3/4 of DCA and put some worthy theming and attractions there
