Thinking of renting out points...

First, if there is a great FAQ on this, please just let me know. The search engine and I just don't get along here on the Dis.

I just want to know if there is a check list that folks recommend or a sample "contract" of sorts. We rented points a few years back before purchasing, and it was a great experience. I would love to provide that to someone, but I don't want to get screwed in the process! Any help or tips would be great. We are not in a hurry to rent out, as we have plenty-o-vacations planned, but I would love to start researching the process so we can make it the best for us as the provider and the for the folks renting as well when/if we decide to rent out.

There is a lot of information on the DVC Rent/Trade Board. You can certainly begin by reading the four threads "stuck" at the top of that board.
