I've never rented before. We are planning a trip to Disneyland CA and want to rent the points it would take to stay there and then use the money to pay cash. We're planning to go to CA in April 2005.
It will be 70 points. Our use year is December and these points are from December 2004 so they can be used any time next year until November 30.
My question is this, how early should I rent these points out? Now or next year?
The going rate is $10, yes? Is that for all 7 nights of the week? I would think it is but just making sure.
I just wait to see if someone wants them and then try to book what they want?
I have a copy of the Contract floating around here, do most here use it? Do most pay with Paypal or a cashiers' check?
Is it worth the hassle and stress to rent out points?
