Thinking of OKW - Is it really far away?

When someone asks if OKW is far away, I have to say, no, it is right in the middle of things. I never thought the bus ride seemed longer, it's just that you can't walk to a park.

Overall, comparing all these great DVC resorts is like comparing super models and asking who is the prettiest? Or comparing Brad Pitt to Tom Cruise. JMHO

We just returned from a trip at VWL and have stayed at BCV, our home resort is OKW. The big thing we appreciate about OKW and having a car is parking in front of your room and leaving 2 strollers in the car. At VWL we had to unpack them from the car to walk a long way to our room and have the car valet parked. Then reverse the procedcure everytime we went out. We used the car because packing 2 strollers on a bus is inconvenient also. We did take the boat to MK which was nice.
