Thinking of joining Fitworks or maybe Curves...

I have been on WW for a couple of weeks now & have been incorporating some home workout videos into my routine each week. I have a coupon for a free month at a local Fitworks & was considering joining. Does anyone here visit Fitworks? How do you like it? Do you take any of the classes there?

I know a lot of people here like Curves - do they have a short-term membership?

I was considering Fitworks because they have a wide range of things to do - they have the machines/weights similar to Curves, but they also have cardio - treadmills, stairclimbers, stationary bikes. Fitworks also offers classes like Yoga, aerobics, ab work, step, etc.

Who can help me make my decision between the 2? Any info would really help me out - thanks in advance! :teeth:

I know NOTHING about Fitworks but I know I love Curves. I am the model of couch potato and I LOVE going to curves. You can do month by month for 39$ or sign up for a year at $29 a month. You can break the year contract if you decide later on you do not like it and the only penalty is that they charge you the difference in the two rates for the months you went. For example: You sign up for a year at $29 a month. You change your mind after 3 months. They would charge you $30 to get out of the contract.
