thinking of changing resort AGAIN....

So I went from POP Century to POR and now I am 2nd guessing changing to either carribean beach or another moderate.....where would you change to and why? thanks

According to why you are thinking of changing. What are your reservations about POR?

What's your reasoning for second guessing............location?.........size?........something else? Are you past ADR day? My only concern would be if you'd loose anything you've already setup by making the change?

We loved POFQ and were able to still go over to POR easily to use the pool or food court if we wanted to - it's a short walk or boat ride away. We liked that POFQ is smaller and only had one bus stop, plus it was so quiet and peaceful there!

sorry I think because I have too much time to think I am overthinking everything. Going back to a value is not one of my options...and the pools and beach at cbr look awesome....thanks again for all your feedback.....

It sounds like this might be the best fit for the OP since she mentioned she was thinking of how her grandson would enjoy it. The pool at POR is a bit nicer than the one at POFQ so I'm thinking that sticking with her current reservation might be best!

I stayed at POR at the age of 14 and remember thinking it was awesome. Stayed there again last year as an almost 30 year old and STILL thought it was awesome. It is my favorite mod. I think you've made a fabulous choice!

To the OP. I would just pick the resort that appeals to you based off of it's location, theme, and price if important and stick with it. I think sometimes we over-analyze and make it more stressful than it needs to be when picking a resort. I know I certainly have in the past. Resort choice is important for me as well; but when it's all said and done, no matter how much we stay or don't stay at the resort, they all offer a nice place to sleep, refresh, change clothes or enjoy a pool. I have never stayed at a value or a moderate resort before, but I have visited all of them and think that POR is a very nice resort. If I were picking a moderate resort this one (POR) would certainly be at the top of my list.

Yeah I think that's it.................if you haven't made ADR's yet you are a bit away from the trip. Anticipation can bend ones mind in to knots ..............your grandson will love what ever resort you choose. Keep in mind if you spend 20% of your time at the resort (outside of sleeping ) that leaves 80% of your trip in the parks and in other activities............change things up and concentrate on that stuff

OP, I feel your pain. Disney makes it so easy to change reservations that it's almost addictive to consider different resorts and change to this one or that one. It's kind of a "high" doing it! Hee hee.
My vote is for Coronado, but it's the only one I've ever stayed at.

OP, I do the exact same thing.. If you look at my signature, we always end up back at POR. I am never disappointed.

Either one is nice it all depends on what theme you like. We have stayed at POR twice but have not stayed at CBR but the pool there looks like it would be better than POR. I would stay away from Pop, we stayed there and wasn't thrilled. I mean it is nice for a value but the values seem to be crowded and noisy. The beds were not very comfortable and we had to stand on the buses almost every time.
