Hello,

If I reserve a room using points and then have to cancel, what is the cancellation policy?

There are several policies depending on your UY and when you cancel.

I think if you cancel more than 30 days out, the points return to the use year that they were originally from.

Less than 30 - they go into a holding account, which can then only be used for stays within a 60 day window of check in.

Not sure I have those days out exactly right however!
