6. Those who ABSOLUTELY NEED non smoking or non handicapped rooms. DVC seems to "do their best" at meeting this need if its a medical need, but they are not guarenteed, even for medical reasons. If one night in a smokey room is going to send you to the hospital, DVC isn't worth the risk.

Expanding on this, a couple polls showed that smoking rooms happened to approx. 2% of the people visiting. Half of those were able to get the room switched.

If you like BWV, buy resale, use the sponsered company with the Disboards, spend approx. $78 and you should pass ROFR no problem.

BWV's are the best, you know.

Boardwalk just got ROFR'd at $78. Doesn't make any sense because three others just went through at that price a week ago, but there it is.
