Thinking nasty things....

We've had a lot of snow here in the last few days. We live at the end of a court, and our neighbours (even though their double driveway has been shovelled), have been parking 2 of their 4 vehicles right in front of our house. They have them angled so that
we have to go around them to get in our own driveway.

A few minutes ago, I looked out the window, and one of their cars is stuck, really stuck.

I couldn't help the nasty little grin that spread across my face....really I couldn't! :o :)

I am so bad......

Do those nasty little thoughts ever get the best of you?

:)

ROFL...our sweet and demure Kim..have nasty, evil thoughts about her neighbor????????

join the club Kim...yes....I have nasty thoughts.

Here's my most recent...we had a neighbor move in across the stree abotu 2 years ago...last summer the woman went into 2 homes in the neighborhood and stole narcotics...she's an addict and lost her license as a doctor sevral years ago.. She even stole a kids ADD meds...all of them. It took several days before the mom could get a new script for these controlled drugs, int he mean time he missed school. She walked away with a handslap from the courts.

Anyway....last year we had one of daves young chef interns living with us for about 4 months. She was delightful and we enjoyed her. She is applying for a government job and the FBI was here interviewing me. He said he needed to talk to 2 neighbors...and asked me which ones. I really wanted to send him over to her house...can you imagine her opening the door to an FBI agent with his badge out?

OMG Vanessa, you should of sent him over!

...okay, maybe not, but the temptation!!!

yep, nasty isn't the word. I may only be 5 feet but my mouth is a weapon, waych out Gail has more force then Gale winds. I hope this idiot learned his lesson and doesn't park there anymore :D

When I lived in Baltimore, we lived in a row house neighborhood, so parking was at a premium. Our house and yard were only 18 feet wide, so not enough space for 2 cars. The family on the corner had a lot of extra curb space becuase it was the corner. I think they had 4 cars. They always parked them about 1/2 car length apart instead of close together, like the rest of us. (We had a quite unplesant nickname for them.) They would have one car there to pull in if one had to leave. So, it was the goal of the rest of us to get our car in along their curb. And if we did, we left it there as long as possible. Not too nice of us but I still remember them even though we moved 15 years ago.

We all think mean or less than ladylike/gentlemanly things. Some of us on a daily basis I bet ;) The trick is to keep all of that locked in your head. I swear I tell people off in my head and it makes me feel a whole lot better. They never know, the kids dont hear mommy/ daddy being rude or mean. Its a win / win

Two years ago while visiting my DHs family in Michigan for Thanksgiving his Aunt was being very controlling and rude to my two daughters. I was doing everything I could to bite my lip and keep the peace. Well, this woman who is not all there, I don't think. (She carried on an IMAGINARY relationship with a guy for over 2 years. The we found out that this poor guy didn't even know her) Anywho....she had supposedly stopped smoking and her mother had been paying for her patch for many many months. Well, it was very obvious to me that she was still smoking. (she would always have to go home for this or that and she reaked of smoke) My hubby put her purse in the bedroom for her. She hadn't zipped it up and of course there was a pack of cigs in it. He whispered it to me. A very evil grin came over my face. So....I played dumb and at dinner while someone was talking about her....I asked "when did Jeanie start smoking again?" Of course her mother was floored. Again I played dumb and said "oh, you didn't know?" *insert another evil grin* Now, this doesn't seem like much, but this is an odd family and was a very big deal. I scored major brownie points with my FIL on this one because he can't stand her. Yes, I'm evil, but if that's the worst thing I do.....

I moved 2000 miles away from my S-I-L so I don't have anymore evil, nasty thoughts. All gone! Ahhhh......life is good! ;)

OH YEAH! In fact, right now, I'm thinking how clear, warm, pleasant, sunny, and just all around PERFECT the weather is here in FLORIDA, when people like yourself are being "nasty" in your snowy, cold, wet, and all around miserable car-stuck weather where you are...;)

Maybe it's just my mood today...but those nasty thoughts are back!!

I just took this pic from an upstairs window. The snow is melting, they aren't stuck anymore, but still, this is how they park!!! Very annoying! Grrrr......

Okay, I feel better now...:)

FOJMO, it's a sunny, balmy 45F here today!! :teeth:

Kim - don't know about in your neighborhood - but if someone is blocking driveways here - the police can be called and they will tow the offender's car;)
