thinking about doing the Western cruise, but how much $$$?

We are tight with $$ right now as we are looking at buying houses, but my dream is to cruise for our 15 year anniversary next year. So, with that in mind, I am trying to price out what it would cost. How much $$$ do you pay for excursions? (Just a rough guess, We would probably want to do something at every port, more along the lines of adventuring to look at the different ports, not snorkeling or something like that). We are a family of 4 with 2 younger kids. So some of the excursions would be limited. Thanks!

If you go to the DCL site they list all the ports and you can view the excursions for each one. That will give you an idea of what is available and the cost. I will say that on the Western Key West is one port you can easily do on your own.
