Thinking about changing some ADRs

I thought I had everything done and planned for. Then last night I got to thinking....

On our arrival night eat at BOMA. Cancel Tuesday's ADR at LTT. Reason: It will free up a Tuesday afternoon and evening for a water park, my girls said they didn't care if we went to a character dinner or not. We've never been to either restaurant. Origianally on our arrival night we were going to DTD and eat CS at Puck's Express or Earl.

On Friday night cancel Le Celliler for Alfredo's. Or leave ADR open and just eat CS around the World in Epcot. Reason. DH and I have eaten at LE Celliler. Don't get me wrong, it was wonderful! But coming from the MidWest, we can get really good steaks around here. Want to try something different.

I think the Boma and Alfredo options are great, as well as the CS around the world since that will give you lots of variety, although you may not all get to eat together.
If your girls don't want the character and you already have Crystal Palace, giving LTT is a great idea, especially if it gives you more touring options.
