Thinking about changing resorts

Clare like I said previously I am going solo "spur of the minute" vacation in Dec.. I had to cancel my MNSSHP vacation and was soo disapointed so now I will go in Dec. First I too want "deluxe" accommodations and have taken care of this. Going solo I have decided to go with the QSDP. I love sandwiches and IF I want something special I will pay for it OOP. I think making the ADR's are a real PAIN in advance much less only six weeks away. To me "free dining" is a pain in the well you know.

I must admit if I was going a last minute trip I wouldn't bother with ADRs, during free dining it must be a nightmare!

I'm going to do the QSDP but pay OOP for any TS meals I'm thinking of booking (I can make my ADRs next month ), with the £/$ exchange rate not being so great as a couple of years back it's quite expensive even to eat QS at Disney, so doing the QSDP is going to be good value for me.

I've stayed at many onsite Disney hotels and love it....

However, we always do a split stay and stay and the Swan/Dolphin because of location and the heavenly beds. I always fall asleep, easily & restfully after a long day at Epcot. As long as they offer a discount, they have my vote.
