I will be in the Napa Valley/Bay Area the first week of July. I might be able to squeeze in a quick trip to be in the parks on July 5th & 6th. I know it will be busy, but too busy to bother with a 6-8 hour drive for 2 days in the park for a 1st timer? What do you think? I so want to see the 60th Celebration but I want to be able to enjoy it. I have always done WDW, even in the summer so that is what I am used to. Thanks so much for any advice. :)

Thanks!

It will be busy as always and probably more so because it's just after the 4th but a lot of people have to go back to work on the 5th so I say go for it. Just be sure to study up here on how the fast passes work and I think you will be fine. Your probably not going to do everything you want in 2 days with the crowds so be realistic about things and make a plan on things you must do first. Have a great time.

Please note traffic on the 4th, if your driving down then, will likely be horrible.

Thank you! I will be driving down on the 4th so I will plan extra time. :D
