Think we'll be renting at VWL- any tips, hints, etc?

I've never rented points before, so I'm nervous. We got a great deal though for just the dates we want if the renter agrees. I'm positively thrilled. This will be a great 35th anniversary celebration for my parents!!!

Any tips/hints/etc? Things to bring, not to bring...anything really that you can think of?
