Think they will ever build another fantasy onsite resort like GC?

Seems like Grand California books up so fast, it'd do Disney well to build another luxury resort close by. I always wished they'd done a luxury New Orleans resort at WDW...maybe I'll put a vote for one of those near Downtown Disney as beautifully as the GC was done!

Available land is a problem. They've pretty much have maxed out around the parks. I believe Disney has bought a strawberry field down the street on Harbor; that could be a possibility but it would be much further away than any other Disney Hotel at the DLR.
