Here's the story. My family is planning our 2nd trip to WDW Dec 2009. We are currently booked at The Poly and I am going to call and change it to FW Cabins. The reason I need the good thoughts is that I did exactly this last time. I booked The Poly for Dec 2007 and by April we decided to go with The Fort. The last time I changed the CM gave me such a hard time. I hate going through that.

Why did they give you a hard time? It's YOUR vacation. You know, if the CM gives you a hard time just say to them you'd prefer to talk to another CM.

Yep usally I make a reservation months in advance. Which reqires me to call and change things! Your CM proably wasn't getting it! Poly for the Fort...It sounds good to me but maybe not your CM.

What I got from the CM (in 2007) was "why would you go from the Poly to FW?" "That is just the craziest thing I have ever heard". I did want to try The Poly but whenever I think about FW I know I will miss it. And we have 2 girls age 12 & 9 (at the time...plus a 6yo boy) I really think we will be cramped in a hotel room even if it is a nice one.
