Things you WISH they'd build at Disney Springs

Indoor live theater showing plays, musicals
IMAX theater showing educational films, sometimes in 3D
Indoor, hands-on museum/play space for children
Outdoor musical stage
Carnival-style arcade with skeeball and such (and prizes)
Indoor boat ride, highly themed
Giant ferris wheel
Enclosed garden just for sitting

How about a themed bar/food venue where they employ actors performing as if the whole club was some kind of 1930's Explorer's Club... with different themed rooms, like a map room, a trophy room and a huge library where they put on "skits" and "shows"... or something like that...

I would prefer more Disney-related stuff. I will hold off judgement until it's all finished but the list of stores moving in reads like any mall in America. Outside of World of Disney and a few others, it is becoming less appealing to me.

I like the idea of an outdoor concert venue.

For local performers - a nice place for talent to come, perform for free for the guests and just get exposure.

Something with a changing art exhibit for local artists.

I see Disney Springs as not just for the typical Disney World guest but for the local area.

OMG when I was little there used to be an AMAZING character breakfast in DTD!!! It was on the boat! Tiger Lilly? Or was that just the name of the boat? Or maybe I'm making that up! Does anyone remember that restaurant? We used to go ALL the time!

Mickey and Minnie's houses would be really cute there!

A better and prettier parking garage. Things Orlando needs, like a space for local musicians. Something like the dtd in DL.

Not many of you may know this, but we do have a giant Ferris wheel and a pretty good aquarium being built here. We also have good local musicians that could be courted to play here. We also have fantastic local food places that deserve more exposure in the area (Mellow Mushroom, Bubbalous BBQ, Tequalia Flats, and many more.) They could have be courted to be at Disney Springs. Disney missed with the locals.

A Detective show dinner theatre

Other than that:
A full size ferris wheel
rebuild the Mickey/Minnie houses
A real casino (you could even theme it to Scrooge McDuck)

The "NBA Experience" seems to appeal to next to no one. Maybe they'll put something better in there in ten years if/when the project is a proven failure.
