Tonight I went to pick up some take out chinese food. Our order was not ready when I got there, so I sat down to wait. The take out area is in the front, so all the diners pass through to go out the door.

I am sitting there people watching, and a large family is exiting. The two women in front are carrying plastic bags that have 8 styrofoam containers, so it looks like everyone had a "doggybag". As they were passing me, one of the women says, in all seriousness, "I got a burp coming up that is gonna send me into next year."

:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

OMG! I loved it. I am just glad she waited until she left the building before gracing her company.

tonight as we were waiting to be seated.. a guy walked by my husband, looked him in the face and said.. "i don't think i will be eatting for the next week, after that meal"

You so owe me a new monitor. I would have giggled outloud if I were there!

Me and my sister were at an italian food restaraunt when this woman in front of us said this..
The waiter was 'slacking' in this womans opinion. As he left to get her a drink she said "Good lord, I should body slam him" I just stared at my sister like, is she serious? FYI she didn't body slam him :rotfl:

The other day in Target 2 female customers were laughing at a woman down one of the aisles. The younger blonde elbowed the older brunette and said in a very loud voice, "Do you see the panty line on that butt?"

I was wondering why she was looking in the first place, and of course why she had to be so mean. Then I wondered if she had a full-length mirror herself.

Most conversations lately, are the people screaming on their cell phones. I keep answering them. I try to be polite, only to realize they are not talking to me. I wind up knowing way too much about them, that I don't want to know. I don't even know if they're really talking to someone on the other end or just walking around making people think they're talking to someone. :confused3

I like to figure out what kind of lives they have. Job, etc. I make up stories too. It's great for keeping the kids occupied.

That's a harmless game. I've been doing that one for ages. It's the nasties that should be left at home. Kids love the "what do you think he/she does for a living?" Didn't you know that everyone is a spy or a circus clown?

Well, not a restaurant story, but one time after the "Share a Dream Come True" parade, we were caught in a jam-packed crowd trying to cross the bridge into Tomorrowland. All of a sudden, this boy (about 13) had "had it". He turned to his father and angrily said, "Okay Dad...exactly WHAT is so magical about this place???!!!!"

We were traveling with another family, and we all just busted out laughing!! Man, we've all had those moments....but, I don't think that kid got the whole "Disney magic" thing!!

:lmao:

:rolleyes1 I see you've met my son...

We were in line for the Grizzly River Run at California Adventure and this boy comes off of the raft and tells his friend "your mom wears board shorts!" My husband followed with "your mom goes to college" from Napoleon Dynamite. The boys started laughing and took off.

My best friend always starts talking about rashes and anti fungal cream whenever she thinks someone is sitting too close/listening to us. She did it last week in front of one of my coworkers and I think he heard her this time.

She is very very quiet when she talks so usually she's safe, but I think I have a coworker out there who won't be getting anywhere close to her any time soon.

We were at the Mk for opening one morning and the CMs were singing the song (not sure of its exact name) that goes: "Good Morning, good moring, its great to stay up late. Good Morning, Good morning to you".

Now, here in Canada, that song is used in a Viagra commercial. I chuckled slightly, as did my DW. There was an elderly lady in front of us with her daughter. She turns to the daughter and says "Oh, your father would be so embarrased!". The daughter just rolls her eyes as DW and I pretty much crack up :lmao:
