Hi all, I've been away from these boards for quite sometime and I've never been to US/IOA boards.

So I was wondering what your thought or ideas are for things to do other than the parks, we will be spending 2 days at US/IOA, we might go to Sea World, still deciding on that one. We are staying in a timeshare and have like 2 or 3 days that we have nothing planned, so give me some ideas please.

you have 2 days to spend at universal.
and 2 or 3 more days available to do other things.

do i have that correct?

what are the dates for your trip?

do you want to do water parks, shopping, gatorland, legoland, Busch Gardens, etc?

If you're looking for things to do at Citywalk and or the Universal hotels:

1) AMC movie theater.
2) Blue Man Group.
3) Hard Rock Live.
4) Wantiluan Luau at RPR (Saturday nights and Tuesday night during summer).
5) Velvet Sessions at HRH (Last Thursday of each month).
6) Musica della Notte at PBH.

velvet sessions are once a month.
thought it used to be one night in the 3rd week.

i would spend a day at Seaworld.

we went for the first time last year and LOVED it!

Yes we will do 2 days at US/IOA and maybe one day at Seaworld.

We will be there September 10-17.

Legoland, Gatorland sound interesting are they far from US/IOA?

Oh my kids are DD-10 and DS-7

Family of 5 here. kids are 2 boys 11&3 and girl 7. We had this same schedule last year. We did do Seaworld and everyone loved it. We also did Gatorland which was an awesome and now also has a zip line! Everyone really enjoyed it and it is not that far from any of the major parks, but we did have our own car. I would recommend Fun Spot Action Action Park (Orlando & kissimmee) if you think they might like riding and driving go-karts and small rides. Wonder Works was also fun. We did the house and the magic/comedy show combo and had a blast.

My kids are 8 and 6 and loved the day we spent there. We live an hour away so I'm on the hook for another magic dinner show before the end of the year ;)
